Join me for an evening of playing with clay and making Christmas decorations out of clay. I will show you how to make a 3D hanging decoration and a star that can either top your tree or be made into a hanging decoration as well. You will be able to hang it up year after year and remember making it.

We will be slab building the decorations and there will be an option to decorate them or choose a glaze for me to use on them later.

The workshop will be at Urban Clay in Aylsham which is a lovely cosy spot with delicious hot drinks, cake and other refreshments on offer. You are also welcome to bring your own bottle of something delicious.

We will all sit around the table together, learn how to make the decorations and get to know each other. Bring a friend along for a social gathering with a difference.

We have eight spaces for this adults’ workshop There are no requirements to know anything about how to work with clay, all are welcome. Come and see the magic qualities of clay to entrance and absorb you.

The decorations will be fired and glazed by me and they will be ready to collect from Urban Clay in about six weeks time (so long as they survive the firing!).

Hot drinks and cake are available to buy at Urban Clay. You will be welcome to have them at the table. Bring your own bottle if you prefer!
